What is the bottle made out of?
The drenched water bottle is made from BPA-free, food grade 304 stainless-steel.
How long does it maintain the temperature of the drink inside?
The bottle keeps drinks cold up to 20 hours and hot for up to 8 hours.
Once used, we recommend removal of the infuser pod component to ensure your drink is kept at the perfect temperature for as long as possible.
How much does the bottle hold?
450 ml.
How do I clean the bottle, is it dishwasher safe?
We recommend that you hand wash the bottle and let it air-dry to keep it looking and smelling fresh.
Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship to over 230 countries and territories with Royal Mail.
If you are located outside of these jurisdictions and unable to complete your purchase, please shoot us a message and we can organise a special shipment for you.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free UK shipping for orders over £60.
What is your return and refunds policy?
With a proof of purchase within 14 days, refunds for any faulty/broken products can be processed.
However in the case that you have simply changed your mind, unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for hygiene safety reasons.
Any refunds will be processed through your original payment method.
How does the pre-order process work?
We expect to ship all bottles purchased from our 4th drop by 30th June 2021.
Our products are often produced in limited numbers and pre-ordering allows you to secure your order whilst we await stock fulfilment.
Payment is made when the order is placed and your bottle will be shipped as soon as production is complete.
You will be kept updated during the pre-order process with email confirmation once your bottle has been shipped.
